      深圳市寒驰科技有限公司（以下简称“寒驰科技”）是以人工智能技术、芯片制造技术和工业自动化技术为核心，由海归人工智能博士、十余年管理与技术经验的德州仪器与意法半导体公司高管和成功创业者共同创办，目标成为全球领先的半导体智能制造解决方案提供商，助力全球芯片制造智能化升级，打造无人化芯片工厂。

 

      寒驰科技两位创始人毕业于哈尔滨工业大学微电子和精密仪器专业，先后共同创办驰扬科技与寒武纪智能，寒武纪智能被江苏悦达集团并购后创始人成功退出，驰扬科技是十年国际一线测试仪器品牌的分销平台，团队核心成员来自德州仪器、意法半导体、英飞凌、安森美、三星、华天、通富、安捷伦等半导体和仪器设备龙头企业，均有十年以上半导体相关从业经历，团队具备成熟的商业、市场、产品、技术开发能力以及资本和行业资源的整合能力。

 

       芯片制造智能化包括智能排产、智能物流、智能仓储、智能检测、智能设备控制等五大方向。公司产品围绕芯片制造智能化，形成了基于AI智能调度算法的生产管理系统与设备管理软件系统，自动上料机、自动换盘机、自动真空包装机、自动化MGP塑封机、智能光学检测、智能线边仓、智能尾料柜、智能OHT和智能RGV等硬件设备，可对芯片工厂进行整体智能化规划，灵活分步实施改造升级，能提供一站式软硬件解决方案的规划咨询和技术实施！
